4. Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data
We collect and process personal data for the following purposes:
- Managing contacts and customer relationships (legitimate interest)
- Development of services and customer communications (legitimate interest)
- Building an email list and sending newsletters (consent)
- Targeted advertising on Google services (consent, based on cookies)
We currently only collect personal data through contact forms. Providing information is voluntary, but some services require you to provide it.
5. Data content of the register
We store the following information:
- Name
- Email address
- Message content (contact request)
- Any other information provided voluntarily
- Website usage data (based on cookies, such as IP address, browser type and device information)
- The ad click identifier and campaign parameters, if you arrived on the website through an ad or a campaign link
6. Data retention period
Personal data collected via the contact form will be deleted no later than 6 months after the contact is made, unless the contact continues as an active customer relationship.
Email marketing subscribers can withdraw their consent at any time.

The information is obtained from the data subjects themselves through forms or other electronic communication tools.
8. Data disclosures and transfers
Information will not be disclosed to external third parties without separate consent.
We may use trusted technical subcontractors, for example for analytics and marketing tools, which may be located outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, transfers will be based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

The data is handled with care and protected with appropriate technical measures. Access to the data is limited to those employees who need it for their work.
10. Cookies and tracking
This website uses cookies to improve your experience and for marketing purposes. Cookie consents are managed with the website's own cookie notice. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used with your consent.
The website also uses Google services (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads), which collect information about website usage and enable targeted advertising.
If you arrive on the website through an ad or a campaign link, the click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) and campaign parameters (the utm_ parameters) in the address are stored to measure the results of our marketing. Without marketing consent they are kept only for the browser session in the browser's session storage, they are not stored in a cookie, and they are sent with a contact form submission so that we can see which campaign a contact came from. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in measuring the effectiveness of our marketing. With marketing consent they are stored in the codaone_attribution cookie for 90 days.
The user has the ability to manage cookie settings and give or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie notice. The cookie notice can be reopened from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page.
