Is taking over a store a difficult or risky process?

No. We do it in stages and without interruptions. We have taken over dozens of stores, so we know what to do in which order.

Do we need to commit to a long-term contract right away?

No. The audit does not bind you to anything. We believe cooperation is earned, not locked in. Our maintenance agreements are always month-to-month, with no fixed terms.

What does an audit cost?

The cost of the audit depends on its scope and the system as a whole. It can be carried out either for a fixed price or on an hourly basis, always as agreed in advance. If the audit leads to cooperation, we do not charge for it separately.

Can we continue with our current supplier in part?

As a general rule, we do not work in parallel with other maintenance providers. The exception may be completely separate areas, such as visual design or content production.

Is Magento really the right platform for us?

If you already use Magento, you probably do. Often the problem is not the platform, but its implementation. We can help you assess this as well.
